Hi Guys,
I have found that running with Stryd Footpod, the activity shows the cadence as half. Is it possible to detect the cadence is coming from a stryd footpod and then double it? Below shows Stryd Power Center activity summary candence (163) vs intervals.icu Cadence (82)
Any update on this one? I see it too. I have a stryd also, but I’m not currently using it for power. Only the garmin. Might be because it’s still paired as a foot pod.
Hi @zigford I use this custom Interval field called Run Cadence (Stryd) see screenshot, it has a script to double the cadence. This can be used for Interval summary information.
Try one of the other Custom Streams doubling cadence. Depending on the source, the field may be named differently and the custom stream script isn’t picking it up. Some devices/brands use ‘Cadence’, others ‘cadence’. (the system is case sensitive)
The one I showed in my screenshot looks for a stream ‘cadence’ and doubles it. The Stryd Cadence custom stream looks for a stream named ‘Cadence’.
