Strength Training Module

I would love the ability to program strength training sessions into Intervals.icu. One of the other leading platforms allows facilitates reps, sets, posting video links for demonstration. While my focus is triathlon, gravel racing and ultra running, I do program strength into my athlete’s schedules, so this would be a difference maker and facilitate full transition to this platform.
