Having the same issue!
Same here
I think they are all from Strava?
If possible the best to get rid of Strava as data hub, and make a direct connection.
If not possible try the download old data button from settings box
Iâd wish people posting âbugsâ here, would a least take the time to give a minimum of information regarding their issue. Itâs not like we have glass bowlâŚ
@MedTechCD I have the same problem. Yesterday, I created an account and connected it to Strava. All my activities showed up in Intervals.icu, but they are all stuck in the queue.
Still valid.
Try the âDownload old dataâ button as mentioned here
But it looks like youâre not a supporter (yet) and your history will be limited to 30 days.
If you request your âOriginal dataâ from Strava, you will be able to upload everything in Intervals and avoid any restrictions.
The Strava âEnhancedâ data coming through their API is already restricted for viewing by others and manipulating by third party apps. And within 3 months, those restrictions will be even more severe. Have a look at:
Check the Intervals - Settings - Connections tab for possible direct connection with your device manufacturers engine if you want full control over your data.
Thanks, My Wahoo account is now connected and it works!
New to intervals.icu. I connected my Strava account to sync my old activities, distance, pace, time, HR synced, but it looks like some data (gps, elevation) is still missing. New activities donât have this problem. This message has persisted for over a week when clicking on the old activities: Queued for download from Strava, and Full data for this activity has not yet been downloaded from Strava. Activities are downloaded while you are using the app and when you are offline. You shouldn't have to wait long.
I went into settings and pressed download old data. Seeing that you can sync activities up to a certain point on the free version, I paid for the subscription and downloaded the rest. Though Iâm still not seeing any old activities synced fully.
Any tips to fix this?
@david did you see this?
Sorry everyone, this bug is fixed now. Tx for the reports.
