Hello. I started already with 4 activities this year and wanted to check how it looks like on interval - and looks like none of the was uploaded. The whole last year it was running perfectly. Is there some action I need to do to start collecting data for 2024?
If you haven’t been seen on Intervals for a while, you need to use the ‘Download Old Data’ button in the settings page under your Strava connection settings.
Thank you. It downloaded missing data. Tomorrow I will check if automatic download will start to work agan.
It should. It will only be paused if you´re not a supporter and haven´t been seen on Intervals for a number of weeks.
