Step by step guide for transferring Strava History

I want to upload my entire Strava history. I found an upload Strava history but only goes back to 2023. Any way to go back several years?

As a non-Intervals subscriber, you’re limited, so your option would be to request your archive from Strava.

When you say subscriber do you mean supporter? I did pay the $48 for a supporter status. Or do you mean I need to subscribe to this forum?

I was able to import all my Strava data. I figured out how to adjust the start date.
