Specific training block

IS it possible to track a specific block of training? Something like seasons. For example, if I do a block of vo2max of a month I can put start date, end date and then be able to compare?

Not yet. The compare part is the hard bit. I could use the multi-day notes you can add to the calendar for the ranges.

How do you see the compare side of this working?

One idea for compare. We can take the values from the Fitness page plots (+something else) and make a table of before and after.

It would be the same as registering the seasons and then in the dashboard to compare seasons, it would be, for example, to register the dates that we start blocks and it could be consulted so that later in the comparisons it would be easier for us to choose the dates.

Did anyone come across a workaround on how to compare training blocks? Like how did the eFTP, Maximal Power Output or other metrics move up and down in different training blocks?
