Sources and uses of data?

Is there a sources and uses of data chart for intervals? E.G, something that shows direct sources of data and then perhaps secondary sources that can flow through direct sources in to intervals? A secondary source for instance would be a scale that can pass data through Strava to intervals. has an API for updating wellness data and uploading activities.
