Some activities not appearing on desktop?

I noticed a bunch of my workouts were missing from intervals.icu, then managed to find them by clicking ‘Show deleted’, but don’t understand why they were deleted - I didn’t delete them myself. Is this a known issue?

Seems I can’t give examples without undeleting the items (which I do want to do, but I’d rather not mess with them until someone has chance to investigate) - but there are lots of examples in my profile over the past month.

Intervals.icu will delete Strava activities when a matching activity is received from Garmin Connect, Suunto, Polar, Dropbox etc… You can do Options → Show activity source to see what came from where on the calendar.

I had a quick look at it seems to me that is what is happening. If you have other deletes please post a screenshot. Tx.

I think it’s a display issue affecting desktop.

I can see the activities on the 18th and 19th fine on desktop. If you reload the page do they come back?

Unfortunately not, even with a hard refresh (clearing the cache).

I can send a .har file if that’s useful for debugging if you can please let me know your preferred way to receive it.

Just tried in Chrome’s Incognito mode with no extensions enabled, same result. I’m using Chrome 101.0.4951.72 on ChromeOS.

Also tried setting my system timezone back to BST as I’m currently travelling to see if that made a difference, but nothing changed.

Aha! You need to tick the “Show commutes” box. Those activities are flagged as commutes. Intervals.icu keeps separate sets of those preferences for desktop, tablet and mobile which is why you could see them on your phone.
