I have no idea how to do that…
Extract files from the original zipped folder
In Windows, select the files you want to zip. Right click and select “sent to”, then “compressed (zipped) folder”

The should be an ACTIVITIES folder.
Inside the folder, it could have files with .FIT,.GPX, .TCX
Split those files into smaller .zip files, as Inigo suggested.
Try the DI_CONNECT folder.
The activities could be a sub-folder.
You need to upload that file via the “Import All Garmin Data” button in /settings. Paste the link to the file from the email from Garmin into the box. Intervals.icu will download it directly.
I didn’t get a link, I thought I would. I only get a huge zip file.
Extracted yesterday the activities, but still can’t upload it.

Right click on the download link, copy and paste the link in the field
