what’s the text string for writing what you want your min heart rate and max heart rate in a workout?
What exactly do you mean?
In a workout for HR, you use eg
- 1m 100% HR
Or you mean as a comment / Cue?
- full Gaz HR time 1m 100% HR
I would think as a range:
- 5m 80-85% HR
are beat per minutes supported, garmin allows you to set this up in their work. would something like this work?
- 5m 125-141BPM HR
nope… BPM is not supported
Only % HR and Zx HR (i too only remember my HR BPM numbers I want to hit and not zones or %, but it is what it is)
