[SOLVED] Wellness Data not synced from Garmin

Hi there,

I try to sync my garmin wellness data (RHR, Sleep, HRV, Stress etc.) from Garmin to Intervals.icu. But no matter what I do, it doesn’t show up anywhere.

  1. I deconnected and re-connected Garmin Connect. Both inside GC and inside intervals.icu. The app is connected fine.
  2. I’ve selected to “Download wellness data” and added all fields
  3. I’ve selected all wellness fields in the calendar
  4. I’ve tried to add charts to Fitness, but all wellness metrics are empty
  5. I’ve tried “Download old data” several times, also with short durations (1 week)

The only health data it shows is the “71kg” weight I’ve set in the intervals.icu basic settings.

Is there anything I’m doing wrong? How can I make the garmin data show up?

Garmin is sending resting HR but nothing else. You have everything setup correctly on Intervals.icu. Can you see all of that data in Garmin Connect?

  1. Hm it probably was solved with the reconnect, as today it successfully synced sleep, HR, HRV.
  2. I was able to import history sleep data withe the garmin export function.

But it did not import RHR correctly. Does the garmin import not overwrite existing wellness data in intervals.icu?
I can find sleep data in the garmin export zip, but no HR stuff. where would that be? Yes, I do see correct HR data inside garmin (see screenshot)

It seems that all previous days or activities do have RHR data already (mostly “44”), but its not correct and not matching garmin connect. Is this imported from Strava or does the “RHR” setting in intervals.icu take precedence?

Hm nevermind, I solved my issue now by importing HRV + HR manually via CSV from garmin (export from the UI, create a clean CSV and import the data for the past year). That worked like a charm!

And it looks like future daily syncs should work. Your tool is so versatile and nice! Love it!

Hello

I have a Garmin watch and also the Garmin scale.
The weight is transferred immediately as soon as I step on the scales. but why not body fat and muscle mass?

Best regards
