[SOLVED] Weighttraining shows 0 (xxx) as load - but I changed the fitness/fatigue settings to 100%/100%

… and it worked till now. The only thing I did was to process the data from original file again …

Did I do something wrong?

THX

Did the Activity type change when reprocessing? Is it now perhaps ‘Workout’ iso ‘Weight Training’?

It is still weight training …

I now deleted the training, and uploaded the file (as zip) again - with the same result. It still shows 0 (12) …

I double checked the fitness/fatigue settings, as said they show 100%/100% … is it possible that I messed up the weight training settings?

Thank you

Weight Training will use HR settings from the ‘Other’ category, unless you created another category comprising Weight Training.
Do you have Training Load Priority set to something with HR first for the Other category?

OK … I think there are now two things which could be of interest …

A) OTHER
has for “Training Load Priority”, “Time in Zones”, “Workouts”, “Intervals” = HR,Power, Pace AND “Ignore Velocity” = True, Warmup and Cooldown = 5min
SAME for WEIGHT TRAINING. Activity Types for WEIGHT TRAINING are “Weight Training”, “HIIT” and “Workout”

B) I changed (just for fun) the activity type to MTB - and got the same result 0 (12) as load …

What should I do?

Thank you for your help!

Found it … but it is weird …

The file had the activity settings:
Ignore time and distance
Ignore pace data
Ignore velocity data

turned on … as soon as I turned them off the load showed up as expected LOAD 12.

To me this makes not much sense as the Load was calcualted correctly beforehand to 12 … but not used … It was shown as
LOAD 0 (12)

The ‘Ignore time and distance’ flag is causing this!

You can leave Ignore Pace and Velocity to avoid problems with duration based on Moving time, but not Ignore time and distance. That excludes training load from those activities.
