[SOLVED] Weekly Totals broken down by activity

Hi, I am looking at my weekly totals on the Activity view page, and I can see that everything has been grouped together under cycling. My activities include cycling, strenth training and yoga. Would be good if I could see the breakdown for cycling separated out, and again when I drill down so I can see how whether cycling in Polarized, Pyrimidal etc…

Thanks!

You mean this?

There is not enough space in that view to further breakdown I think.
You’re better of creating your own charts for that on the fitness page. For example TIZ stacked bars per sport.

Those charts are highly customisable and perhaps you can find there what you’re looking for.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have attached images below of what I have. It’s a bit different, because in my view, everything is grouped under cycling (15h35m), whereas you have 1h16m cycling and 16h35m run / walk? Then when I drill down, my zones are also not reflective of time cycling.

So - on the activity page, I am seeing everything (15h35m) grouped under cycling, despite that I am doing 5h35 of cycling and 10h of other activities/.

Then when I click on “15h35m” to see the zones, I again see all activities grouped under cycling.

All your activities that are non-cycling have a load within brackets. It means that this type of workout is set to not contribute to Fitness load, only fatigue. The summary only displays what is contributing to actual cardiovascular load.
Check on the settings page and adapt the contribution to Fitness for each sport to what you think is correct.

Cycling and running have by default 100% for both Fitness and Fatigue. Weight training has very little to no influence on cardiovascular fitness but creates quite a bit of fatigue. It may sound confusing because the term Fitness isn’t the best choice. This platform is built around cardiovascular Fitness and originally was only cycling. Some of the early adopted terminology causes that confusion for people that are doing various other workout types. Lucky enough, you can configure and adapt to your needs.

Thanks, I’ve been working with those based on intensity of excercise (ie extent to which its cardio). My confusion is more the summary time spent doing activiites - ie showing 15h35m cycling when 5h35 planned (as per first image).

TIZ in the weekly overview and in the load overview are always for all sports.

But there seems to be something wrong when only one activity is set to contribute to Fitness. In your case it displays the cycling icon but gives Total Time and load for all activities. I haven’t seen this ever but I always had cycling and running activities. And then it seems to split out correctly all tough I don’t know where things like yoga would go in my case.
Could you check on the Totals page what is displayed?

OK, so on the Totals page I can see things clearly - with the filters I get the view I want! Would be nice if the number of hours cycling was correctly shown on the Activities page (ie 6h35m instead of 15h35m)… Appreciate that not all Activity Types can be listed, but maybe a breakdown of “Cycling”, “Running”, “Swimming” and “Other”… but I can use the Totals going forward

Guess it´s best for @david to have a look at this thread.

You have added all your activity types into “Ride” in /settings:

So they are grouped together. You need to remove walk, weight training and yoga (and add MTB, Gravel Ride back).

That crossed my mind but I didn’t want to believe it
