Since January 1st (or therabouts) none of my activities completed on Trainerroad have transferred into intervals. They appear on Strava and Garmin as expected and i have links from both into intervals. This has been working fine up until the start of this year but i cant see what has changed to block this. Anyone seeing this themselves or have advice? FYI i have already disconnected and reconnected connections with both strava and garmin and downloaded old garmin data for the past year, but the issue remains. Thanks
My setup is different: I use dropbox to move my TR workouts to Intervals.
That is working fine for me, including this morning.

I wonder if you are approaching this the correct way?
- Garmin will not forward activities not done on their hardware, so TrainerRoad activities will not come in through Garmin and not by using ‘download old data’. But, if you choose to ‘Import all Garmin data’, you will receive a download link with everything on Garmin Connect, including the TrainerRoad activities.
- So basically, up until the issue, your TrainerRoad activities must have originated from Strava. I’m not aware of any change in policies on their side. Doublecheck if anything comes in through Strava. You don’t have the Supporter badge, and that means that your account will become dormant after ~3months (think it is 3 months). Try download old data from Strava, to re-activate.

@MedTechCD you are entirely correct. Looking back at past TR activities they were only coming from Strava. I followed the steps to refresh the link and download past activities as you said and they are now showing. Thanks a lot for your help, and the note on dormant links for non-supporters - i was not aware of that.
