[SOLVED] Suspended account. No Activity Processed (Ans: Acc Set Dormant if > 90days not visit intervals.icu & is Not Supporter)

I don’t understand why, but suddenly the app isn’t loading my activities from Garmin. Intervals suspended my account and now I can’t restore it. Any advice?

Isn’t there an option to unsuspend?
What happens if you logout/login in intervals.icu directly?

It isnt. I don’t see anything. I tried logging out, but it didn’t help.

I just recently translated these texts about inactive accounts. There was a text
“Click for more info or to reactivate your account” and “Would you like to re-activate your account? You can recover missing activities for most integrations on the settings page.”

I don’t see it obviously on my account. Can you post a screenshot how it looks like?

This flow appeared to me. I clicked on it and got to the settings. Here I tried to update the activities, but the night did not happen.

Nevím jak přidat screenshot

Ok. But that sounds like you activated it again, but your problem is it doesn’t sync your activities.
Do you use Strava or what other integration? Did you use the download old data button in the settings box for Strava (this is limited to 3 months for free users)

You can just copy and paste screenshots.

I am using data from Garmin Connect. It is true that the account is probably activated, but the data (activity) is not displayed.

Seems to be 2 things here.

  1. Garmin Connect data not appearing in intervals.
→ Try disconnect and reconnect your Garmin Connect account to intervals.
→ To test if the logout/login of GC works, start a workout on your watch (just sit at your desk and do a quick 5s activity. Stop, save, sync to GC. If it appears in Intervals, you’re done)
→ OLD data cannot be automatically downloaded, you will need to do to GC and download the FIT and upload it here

  2. the other screenshot you have, that is a 3rd party app, I believe it’s name is “Intervals Companion”. That’s unrelated

Your account was set to DORMANT because you hadn’t been seen on Intervals.icu for 90 days and are not a supporter. Intervals.icu does not process files for dormant accounts to save storage space. Garmin restrict historical fetches so you need to download the missed activities from Garmin Connect and upload them on the calendar page. You can upload multiple files at once.

but how could I be rated as inactive? I do sports every day and I have activities every day. I’m training for a triathlon and I have activities all the time. something must have happened because they suddenly stopped loading. by themselves. isn’t it easier to cancel the account and create a new one…?

You need to visit Intervals.icu at least every 90 days. Intervals.icu had a lot of users not seen in a long time with all of their activities still coming in and being processed and stored etc..

You can use the “Import All Garmin Data” button in the Garmin box in /settings to pull in the missed stuff. You won’t get dups for activities you already have. That is better than creating a new account.

This is a third party app. I assume you have to explicitly visit intervals.icu once in 90 days.

in the API response, there is a last Seen param

https://intervals.icu/api/v1/athlete/(insert athlete id here)/

icu_last_seen : 2025-10-01T10:13:12.932+00:00
