I am using (and loving trainerday) for my Mon, Wed, Fri cycle training.
I am looking for something (ideally free, or cheap), to create a simple marathon training plan with an end goal/date that can fill in my Tues, Thurs, Sat training days and that can import into intervals. Feels a really obvious ask that I am struggling to get an answer to.
You can find in intervals.icu a training plan for marathon from Pfitzinger. I have used for Seville, should be the running volume you can handle if you are cycling 3 days a week(keep bike EASY!)
