[SOLVED] Planned workouts not syncing to Zwift

Hi I am a new user to intervals.icu. I setup some planned workouts for this week and want to sync them to Zwift. I’ve connect my intervals.icu account to Zwift. I’ve confirmed on Zwift that intervals is connected, and intervals shows that my workouts have synced to Zwift, but I don’t see an intervals.icu folder under custom workout in Zwift. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting intervals to Zwift.

Planned workout in intervals:

Zwift connected and synced:

Workouts not showing up in Zwift

I figured out the problem is that I was trying to define the workout in terms of heart rate zones and not percent of FTP. The workout successfully synced after I updated to use FPT.

Hello, I have same problem but it looks like solution doesn’t work for me? I changed from %of Z2 for W and one of the workout appear than after changing all 6 workouts for this week all disappear again from custom in Zwift. Do you know any other solution? @GWMC

Maybe it was temporary issue. 7hours ago I couldn’t sync intervals.icu planned workout to zwift, but now works as expected

IDK… it works for Windows App, but in the same time didn’t on iOs app.
Already in contect with Zwift - I’ll let you know if and wneh they will figure out whats going on.
