Hello,
I noticed that exercises with an estimated Load value (e.g., “Load 0 (15)”) do not appear to be included in the weekly calculation. Is it done this way intentionally? In the screenshot below, should the Week 1 Load be 80? Or maybe add a Load 0 (X) value beneath it? Just a thought!

It shows that the load for this type of exercise is not contributing to fitness. Weight training does induce fatigue but has very little to no effect on cardiovascular fitness.
You can change that on the settings page: (both fatigue and fitness contribution)

Ah, I see what you mean - that makes perfect sense. Thank you for your help the last couple days as I familiarize myself with the platform.
