First timing posting on the forum but hope someone can help.
Does anyone know how to turn Intervals.icu weatherinfo off so it doesnt show up on every activity in Strava ? Ive tried to turn off weather in Strava app but that didn`t help.
hmm… i’ve got to say that I’ve never seen mine get updated in Strava. I didn’t even know this was a possiblity.
Are they saved into the activity desc?

Within the activity timeline. click the Arrow and then the Add to strava.

Oh, I guess I found out myself - even Strava is linked to Intervals - my primary Data Source is Garmin - guess that’s why I can’t sync the Weather to Strava … ?
Hmm cant really tell you why it dosnt show up.
My primary data source is Garmin aswell.
My settings looks like below.
Have you tried logging out and in again ?

OK, I suspect the issue is that I haven’t enabled activity download from Strava.
If Garmin is my primary data source, what’s the recommended setup?
Should I enable Strava activity download as well — or would that cause duplication or other issues?
Any known pros or cons to activating it alongside Garmin?
I haven`t had any problems with duplicating with both Garmin and Strava enabled.
Not sure if it has something to do with Strava subscription since you are missing the box

I have a paid Strava subscription
after activating Strava Sync the Options appeared … let’s see if something strange happens with multiple activity sources … ^^

If you use Strava you should enable the original source (e.g. Garmin) as well. Intervals.icu will delete the Strava duplicate but will copy the segments across and link the original one to Strava and Garmin.

@david - Got it, sounds good – that way both stay properly linked.
Does this apply to all integrations?
For example, if I already sync ZWIFT to Garmin/Strava – should I also enable direct sync from ZWIFT to Intervals? (same for other source integrations?)

Yes you should connect Zwift directly. Garmin doesn’t pass on activities from non-Garmin devices to services like Intervals.icu.

I’ve got mine setup properly but am not getting weather. What should I be seeing? A graphic? or just text in description?
Just text in the description. I had a look in the logs and Intervals.icu is attempting to update Strava with the weather. It is possible there is a limit to the length of the description and it is being ignored. You have a lot of stuff in there already.
Ah ok. Thanks for looking into it. I’ll just add the graphic manually if the conditions warrant
