[SOLVED] Garmin upload failed

Hi @david
We are coaching a runner that experiences:

Garmin upload failed: User 8acb6b15-ad25-4a70-8082-a01a01513e6c/27472050 is not authorized to access this workout

We have tried unlink both from intervals and from garmin and reconnecting.
Same issue. It hasn’t worked at any point. The data flow from garmin to intervals but the workouts doesn’t get uploaded to garmin.

Somehow the Garmin user id associated with the athlete changed. I wiped the Garmin id’s etc. from the workouts with the “old” user id and everything has synced now. Maybe the athlete authorised using a different Garmin account?

As far as i know she hasn’t connected another user before hand. The transfer of activities has worked all along :blush:
