So a few days ago I linked my Garmin Connect (as well as Strava) to intervals.icu and then downloaded old data up until that day, which worked fine for both Wellness and Activities.
Since then the Wellness sync is working just fine, all the sleep data, HRV, steps etc. appear on intervals.icu but my Activities are not being imported/synced.
Downloading them via the ‚download old data‘ functionality again doesn’t work either anymore and I am out of ideas. Removed and re-established the connection to Garmin and Strava multiple times over the last 2 days as well. Garmin Connect also correctly shows both toggles for Activities and Wellness data.
Both activities (1 run, 1 hike) that are missing happened on Tuesday, October 7th
Do they appear in Garmin Connect?
Are these workouts done on Garmin devices? If not, Garmin will not forward them over the API.
Do they appear in Strava? I guess not, because it would be strange that none of the 2 sources work…
If both Strava and Garmin come in, Intervals will dedup those. You may want to check if somehow they received the ‘deleted’ flag by checking the ‘deleted’ checkbox in Options.

They are being recorded on a Garmin watch (vivoactive 5), same watch that records the wellness data, and the activities did appear on both Garmin Connect and Strava as per usual.
And do they appear when you check the box to also show deleted activities?
If so, you can ‘Undelete’
Nothing there unfortunately.
I uploaded them manually from the Garmin Connect Website for now and I‘ll check back in after my next activity and see if re-establishing all connections between the services/apps will fix it.
I forgot one more possibility.
Maybe it’s labelled as a ‘Commute’ and commutes are hidden. Same screenshot, third checkbox.
Reporting back: Disconnecting every service and reconnecting them seems to have fixed it for now, most recent run did show up in intervals almost immediately. Didn’t do anything different nor changed any settings on the new connections but I’m happy it works. Uploaded the missing ones manually as a zip file to fill the gap. Will update in case it bugs out again.
