Yes, it’s normal,. No, it’s not a bug. And others have asked the same thing before. See linked post underneath. That same question is coming up on the forum more and more frequently and is caused by the name ‘Fitness’ which is not the best description for what the chart actually visualizes. But the original name PMC - Performance Management Chart, can’t be used here for copyright reasons.
