Form never reflects Fitness. It shows how ‘ready’ you are for hard work (upcoming event for example).
Fatigue is dropping, which means that your last 7 days load is lower then before. Thus Fitness stabilizes, because your 42 days total load plateaus.
Form is just the difference between fitness and fatigue and gives you an idea of how fresh you are.
Once again, Fitness/Fatigue/Form are a help tool for planning and do not reflect performance.
