For a few months I have been working on a staff with other coaches. Would it be possible to share the data of individual athletes with them and perhaps have a chat between us?

To view athlete data they need to have Intervals.icu accounts and ask to follow the athletes. You can create a group chat and add everyone to that so it is easy for them to find each other.
Thanks, @david To understand well. Does my collaborator have to ask the athlete to follow him? or is it the athlete who has to add the coach to his profile?
He needs to ask to follow the athlete and they need to accept. They don’t need to make him a coach, only a follower. Unless your collaborator needs to update the athlete’s plan or change other settings, in which case he needs to be a coach.
