Hi. Does anyone know of a way to add a private note to a workout, without it going to either Strava or other Intervals users? Adding a calendar entry note could work but ideally I’d like to have the note inside the workout - in addition to the existing RPE and Feel. Thanks.
Adrian
I would support this feature. I would like to be able to “share” my training with others on intervals but like to keep my workout notes private
Is there a solution to this? I was just about to post and ask the same question as I noticed my notes in public view on Strava and would prefer them to be private.
Your notes won’t be public on Strava if you put them in the notes field in intervals…they will only show on Strava if you put text in the description field in intervals as this syncs with the description field on Strava.
Yes I used the notes section as shown in these photos. It populated on my strava profile. They were placed in the notes section on the right under the notes tab.
I see it under notes but not if I made a comment in the lower box. Did I do it wrong?
It showed up in both places on this ride. I am learning so forgive me.
Let me know how to correct it. Thank you.
Hi there. If you enter a note at the top, by the black arrow next to Note, then it will sync to the activity in Strava. But if you type a comment down at the bottom on the right then it won’t - those stay in Intervals. I hope that helps.
As per my original reply. Don’t use the box at the top right hand side in the notes section of intervals. That’s the description box and will sync with Strava. Use the notes box at the bottom right hand side in intervals.
Thank you for the insight and for your help. I appreciate it.
