Sleep, Stress, Energy levels

My cycling data is coming in through Garmin Connect into intervals, but I now would also like to see my energy level, sleep, stress score throughout the day not related to a ride / training. I’m wearing a Garmin ForeRunner 35 which also syncs with Garmin Connect. In Garmin Connect I can see for example sleep.

How do I sync this automatically with Intervals? Where can I see the data?

Second question is: more expensive Garmin watches show stress score and energy levels. With my “simple” ForeRunner 35 I have sensors that are used calculating a stress score, but not sure if it has all sensors that are needed. Wondering if this is just hidden in Garmin Connect because I didn’t buy the expensive watch. If that is the case, could Intervals.icu display the stress / energy based on the ForeRunner sensors?

You can try enabling all the sleep options in the Garmin box in /settings:

That should get you sleep, sleep score and sleep quality.

There isn’t support for energy level and stress. I am not sure how useful those are.
