Simple workout planner

I’m sorry this seems such an obvious question but I really can’t figure this out. I use 3rd party apps to program my cycling and running. TrainerRoad allows me to bring my calendar. Runna doesn’t. How do I simply put a recurring run 3x a week in my Intervals calendar?

You can’t make it recurring automatically but you can plan one week and then copy and paste the week into the future:
