Hi all, I have just created a simple workout creator in google sheets. Make any workout you like (eg 5x intervals at 120% of FTP) and then copy and paste the code into ICU. Just one thing paste the code into ICU without the " " marks.

Do we save a copy, as normal?
The repeats for block 1 doesn’t allow any changes; there is no dropdown option.
apologies, I forgot to add edit rights to that cell ! corrected now. Regarding save a copy, no just cut and paste the code; but you can print a PDF copy. (why to i discourage save a copy for certain sheets, basically they get messed up by the end user…so I only give save a copy rights to really simply sheets, such as lists)
