It would be super helpful for me if there was a way to chart some metrics that were simple formulas. These wouldn’t alter the actual activities, but just allow new charting metrics.
One example is running cadence. I previously posted in a thread about running cadence usually being SPM, whereas Intervals shows it half of that. Rather than the potential flow-on issues of changing all running activity cadences to 2x, it would be great if I could just chart “2 * cadence”.
Another example is weekly gradient. A good rule of thumb for runners is weekly climbing (in metres) divided by weekly distance (in km) should be around 10 to maintain good leg strength. I’d love to be able to have a chart showing “weekly climbing / weekly distance” filtered for running.
I realise this may sound simple but be very hard to implement, but thought it worth mentioning.
