Hi, I made a catalog of cycling sessions you can browse/download/share.
I find things like Zwift workouts have a lot of sessions that are purely for fun instead of training a specific system, and other lists are too focused on quantity with labels like “Wouts TT session”.
These remove all of that mess and show what the session is about, with basic editing for each session.
There is no intervals.icu integration, you just have to download the session.
This project is not intended for profit, just to help people out. The link at the bottom to Cody is not me, he is just a coach that has supplied some of the sessions and I think is pretty good.
Please give me feedback and any sessions you want me to add. Thank you and I hope you find it useful.
Thanks for putting together and sharing. I like the fact that FTP is adjustable on the left so you can get a closer idea of what you’re up for (I work with %FTP but still like to see the absolute number). Quick browse shows some nice workouts.
Hi, I agree and appreciate the no-nonsense, easy cataloguing and searching for / modifying of a handful of core cycling workouts (base/endurance; VO2Max etc…). Thanks for this.
I had a quick look. It seems pretty straightforward.
Will get back with any comments (if any) once I try a few, although currently most of my biking is done outside - with group rides, during summer.

My feedback would be to add the visual graph of the workout. My brain processes the visual representation easier than listing the names, if that makes sense.
