Setup Custom Charts for MAF

Hi,

I’m currently setting up my heart rate zones using LTHR test and based on 7 zone system. This is fine and i would like to keep it that way.

However, i would also like to track my MAF zone without changing the base HR 7 zone settings. I’ll just configure each workout to be in my MAF zone.

How do i set up a custom chart to plot my MAF zones?
