Searching for other athletes

Hi

I’m searching for my athletes to follow / coach. Typing their names in the search bar does not bring up the athletes. is there a setting on their end that needs to be changed in order for me to see them and follow / coach?

Are you searching at the top (under your profile), or on the profile page?

The top search bar is a list of people already linked as “coaching”, “prospect” or “pro”.
