Looking at a few workouts I have given to my athletes and noticed something interesting - the session in question is a 5x6m suprathreshold workout, taken from my intervals.icu workout library.
When I add it to Athlete 1’s calendar, it looks like this:

Not massively important, but be interested to hear if there’s a simple explanation?
Hmm the colours should be the same unless athlete 2 has different power zones setup? Do you mind sending me links to the 2 athletes and the dates of the workout in question.
I figured it out. The orange/red bars are z4 and z5 respectively.
For the first athlete (orange) the 105% = 288 FTP * 1.05 = 302.4w which rounds down to 302w which is the top of Z4 hence orange bars and that time counts as Z4.
For the 2nd athlete (red) the 105% = 234 FTP * 1.05 = 245.7 which rounds up to 246w which is bottom of z5 hence red bars and that time counts as Z4.
