Just want to add Running Plan and some Running workouts for me and my friend.
Want to create Running workout 5min 1HR Zone+35min 2HR Zone. Cannot find where to set not actual percentage but just set Zones. because workout is the same for all of us, but HRs are different.

Tx. Building workouts based on zones is on the todo list. At the moment you need to use percentage of LTHR or % of max HR.
we have both HR zones based on Laboratory Gas Test. Thanks for fast response) I will try to compare zones LTHR % and custom.
@david when you use power zones in workout builder, does it then export the underlying power numbers from your settings (for the watchto map to the zones set up in the watch) or does it then export as zone nr to yr watch (meaning your watch will have you execute different power numbers) Fantastic tool btw!
It always exports as a percentage of FTP. When you select a zone, it will export the middle of the Intervals zone as a percentage of FTP. It’s important to have watch and Intervals at the same FTP. The zones don’t need to match, but it’s more intuitive if they do.
Tx. Actually it should export actual watts and bpm numbers. You might also get a range depending on the device. I don’t know what impact zones configured on your watch might have.
