With Apple Watch OS9 I am getting the trendy running data like power for the first time. As I work on my form (apparently I bounce!), I would like to be able to graph vertical oscillation and ground contact time. I see the data is there in HealthFit–can we bring it in? I don’t see those fields anywhere.
I do have that on the todo list. It also comes in from Stryd, Garmin and likely others.
I have recently bought an HRM pro and test it today. Rapidly going to check if I had this data on my activity on intervals.icu…
