I recently signed up to Intervals.icu. I loaded all the data as far back as I could from Strava, however, the performance chart doesn’t make sense to me compared to what I’m used to in TP. As you can see in the picture, my form has been steadily improving since early September even though I train almost daily. I am mostly a runner (4-5 times a week) and cycle 1-3 times a week. The period when my form was in High Risk was from my hiking/cycling/trailrunning trip in the Dolomites and cycling to Paris from NL. All other weeks are filled with tempo runs, track workouts, easy and moderate runs, etc.
Why is it that my running doesn’t seem to contribute anything to my fatigue compared to cycling. The cyling that I do is mostly easy aerobic with some tempo efforts, varying in length from 1-5 hours. FWIW: I’ve got a power in my bike, and run with a Garmin watch usually without HR monitor and without Stride or anything.
