Anyone else experiencing Rouvy sync issues? I have a ride from today posted on Rouvy and Garmin, but missing in Intervals. My Rouvy ride on 25/2 posted in Intervals, seems to be a recent sync issue.
Same issue here. I have logged out and back into rouvy and strava with no luck.
Mine ride from today worked fine. was uploaded 5 hours ago.
Found my issue, my Rouvy is no longer connected to Intervals (on the Rouvy side). I wonder if there was a Rouvy update between 25/2 (the last ride that successfully sync’d for me) and today and that caused the disconnect.
Just tried to reconnect Intervals from the Rouvy side and got this error message, screenshot. Not sure if this means the error is on the Rouvy side or Intervals?
I think the callback should return to rouvy, so it’s probably on their site

I appear to have a slightly different “problem”. I have had some workouts sync to Rouvy and others that didn’t. On investigation it appears that workouts defined as “Ride” copied over successfully and those defined as “Virtual Ride” didn’t.
I’ve passed this on to Rouvy

I’m experiencing a new Rouvy issue. Last week Thursday my Rouvy ride did not sync to intervals.icu, so on researching I found on the Rouvy side my connection had been disabled, I reconnected and all was good until today, same issue ride didn’t sync, so checked on Rouvy and sure enough my connection to intervals.icu was disabled. I opened a ticket with Rouvy and this was their response, screenshot attached. I replied that the response wasn’t; helpful because it doesn’t explain why the connection has 2x now disconnected itself. Has anyone else run into this issue?
