Rides not fully syncing

Hi David, asking on behalf of a friend. The last month or 2 of rides on their calendar are showing up like this…

…and when you click on them, you get this error:

Any thoughts on how to fix this? The rides they link to on Strava have power / speed data etc.

I can probably fix that quickly if you can msg me a link to one of those activities. Here or on Strava.
