Resting HR not correct since swithcing to Apple watch

I have not found this specific issue in the topic list. Apologies if this is a repeat concern.

Since I have switched to an Apple Watch my resting HR has not been loading correctly. Usually, I am in the high 40’s to low 50’s, and the new numbers are showing the 70-110+ range. I cannot find the actual number that is being recorded in Apple Health.

Any Ideas on the cause or maybe a setting that I need to apply?

Apple Health → BROWSE → Heart → Resting HR
Then look at either Show all data or Data Sources and Access.

Keep a lookout at the “Data Sources & Access → Data Sources” and the number of sources there.

how are you syncing Apple Health data to intervals? HealthFit? BreakAway? RunGap?

see this… Healthfit is not sending over the Resting HR Data
