Is there a ‚~Strava‘ Source hint in the activities, in which the updates of the name not happened?
I have tried to look for a pattern of those that does not update, but I have not found it. Here for example the new functions of the Route and it has updated all except the one marked in orange:
What is never updated is when an activity is uploaded to intervals, it is automatically renamed with the scheduled activity, but it is never renamed in Strava.

I don’t know if I understand you. The route is recorded on a Garmin. From garmin connect it is transferred to intervals and strava.

What is failing is that when I link an activity to a planned workout, the renaming is done in intervals, but not in strava, although in intervals it says the source is strava.
If not mistaken, if the activities are automatically renamed via linking, I don’t think those propagate to Strava.
Why dont you do a little experiment?
