Reloading Zwift workouts into intervals.icu

Until recently my Zwift rides were synced through Strava. I now found a great new IOS intervals.icu app (intervals companion) and I am missing mot of my Zwift history there. Likely reason is that Strava changed the terms so intervals.icu does not longer share those. Is there a quick way to delete all Zwift rides and have them pulled in again through the Zwift native api?

I believe Zwift only pulls in ‘real time’ and you can’t pull historical rides.

For old activities, you need to download your Strava data, using the Import all Strava data link.
Once uploaded, it will show the source as uploaded, and will appear on most 3rd party applications linking from Intervals.icu

Intervals.icu supports retrieving Strava activities using the Strava API and supporters can fetch their complete history using the “Download Old Data” button in /settings. However this data is subject to the Strava API terms of service which prohibit Intervals.icu from showing activities obtained via the API to your Intervals.icu followers (coaches can see them).
