Red X next to bike training load

How is the percentage calculated next to training load and why does mine have a red X next to it?

The x is compliance. It’s calc based on the % of your load (in this case) vs the planned load (for entire week)

I forgot the % of how much it has to be for it to be which color and if its a tick or an x.

(but the forum has this answered before)

It is just weird. I do not have any “planned” training. I just use icu to track training.

You somewhere have a planned load for cycling, for sure.
It can be a planned workout or a weekly target.
Click on the week header and then on the cycling icon to check if there’s a week target.

If you just want to rid of it, click Options on the calendar page and disable the Compliance checkbox.

It can also be an X in the case you have largely exceeded the target. Not only in the case that you haven’t reached the target.
