Re-subscribing to intervals

Hi all
Sorry if I’ve missed it but tried searching the forum for an answer to no avail.

I’m trying to resubscribe. I was on the 3 month recurring plan but want to subscribe for longer as I really enjoy the benefits of intervals.icu.

I cancelled my 3 month plan thinking I would get the option to subscribe again and then pick a longer plan, but I can’t see where/ how to do that. My current plan runs for another week which I see in ‘Settings’

Can anyone tell me how to re-subscribe or do o just wait until the current 3 month plan is expired?

Thanks! Currently you just need to wait until the 3 month plan has expired.

It should show you the recurring date, which is then automatically debited (assuming you use a card).

Thanks David. Thanks Gerald. My card has expired plus I want to sign up for 6/12 months. Cool I’ll have my alarm set for the expiry date :hugs:

You can add more than one card in the billing portal.

There’s an option to sub longer than 3 months? If I cancel my current sub, would I see that option?

Yes. You can sub for a year or 3 months and those options will be available when your current sub expires if you cancel.

And all the data will be there? I mean I had to contact Garmin to upload all my data from the beginning. All data will be there if there is delay of a couple of days from the end of the subscription and the beguinning of the new one?
