re-Import from Garmin

I have deleted activity for a dates range, how I reimport the activity from Garmin ?
Cheers

List view Ă· Deleted filter - Undelete

if I “undelete” nothing happens

It should Undelete but I just tested and it doesn’t.
@david Undelete from List looks broken

Second option but that’s one by one:
Calendar view - Options - Show deleted
On the deleted activity in the calendar click on the deleted icon to undelete. This one works for me, but as said above, that’s one by one…

mm… with the secont option I got the prompt spinning for a while and then I got a Time out

I can undelete only one from 4th of October … for all the others I get a timeout

I’m guessing that there’s a 30days recycle bin thing.
are you able to undelete those earlier? (is the one you circled on Oct 28?) ott = Oct?

I have tired one from few months ago and seems to work

I can not undelete the one from Oct 28

possilble the link is broken.
(I get this sometimes, when i have 2 devices recording the same ride and then both gets uploaded to Garmin and then synced to Strava/Intervals)

David has explained before (can’t remember the details) and somehow it sometimes mismatches the Garmin WorkoutID and then the link is broken. (This is also an issue that I face w/ my BreakAway App when I dual record and rename the activity)

If it’s not a lot of activities, might be easier to just re-download the FIT from Garmin and re-upload.

mm… I have only one device recording.
I was trying reimport from runGap but the Vo2Max and some of the Garming specific data were missing

It’s probably related to the broken Undelete from List View.
Let’s wait until @david had a look.

Unfortunately undelete with Garmin is very hit and miss. Garmin restricts requests for historical data. You will need to download the files from Garmin Connect and manually upload them using the “Upload” button on the calendar page.

I am planning to make “delete” a soft delete from Garmin where the files are kept for say 30 days to solve this issue but that isn’t done yet.
