I manage my workouts based on load and my form percentage as opposed to planned workouts. I’d like to have a widget or tool that tells me the load I need right now to maintain my current fitness or to get to a boundary between form zones (transition, fresh, grey zone, optimal, high risk, in % or absolute).
Imagine my fitness is 20 and my form is -20% (could also be done with absolute values). I’d like a little chart that tells me what load I need, like the numbers I’ve completely made up below.
Form boundary / Load needed to reach form percentage
20% / -30 (or 0)
5% / -15 (or 0)
-10% / 2
-20% / (current form) 24
-30% / 35
Of course, if I’ve already worked out today the load for the current form would be 0 and all the other numbers would adjust, but it would give me an idea of how much reserve I have to push towards the next limit.
