I want to make a workout that is 70% of my max effort in both bike sprinting and running sprinting. Is this possible to program something like that, so the program can give me an estimate on the watts and speed for the 70% of the max effort?
You can do that for power (but not pace). Use a step like this:
- 30s 70% MMP
That is 70% of my max 30s power for 30s. The “Add Step” dialog shows how to do this:

Thanks for the quick answer. However, MMP is the maximum minute power. I was looking for 70% of the Peak Power.
Maybe that is not possible?

Here MMP is max power for whatever duration you select. Example:
- 1m 70% MMP 5s
That will give you 70% of the athlete’s best 5s power for the last 90 days. The number of days is configurable on the /power page:
The default duration is the same as the step duration:
- 1m 70% MMP
That will 70% of the athlete’s best 1m power.
