I am a new user of this great service. I got the tip for using it from a friend and got hooked right away. I have succeeded in connecting Intervals.icu with my Suunto and Oura accounts and was even able to fetch the whole history of Oura sleep (resting hr etc.) data from way back, but I have some problems in fetching the old training data from my Suunto account. When I first connected the service, it fetched data from April 2025 to the date and later I was successfully able to fetch data all the way from 2014 up to the September 17 2024. However, regardless how many times I try, I don’t seem to be able to fill the gap and fetch also the data from 18.09.2024 to 31.03.2025 from there. I have also tried disconnecting the service and re-reading the data but for some reason this particular time period remains as a black hole in the training data. Oura data from that period is available. From time to time, the webpage shows a pop-up window saying that 151 trainings loaded but they do not appear in my calendar. I am very much grateful for your help on this matter.
