Problem with auto-complete of custom fields after zwift activity

Hi, I have this problem that occurs when after completing a zwift activity, it automatically adds to strava and garmin connect. I have sync enabled on my intervals account with both strava and garmin connect.
However, the custom fields are not auto-complete.

I know that the data is in the .fit file. However, strava kind of takes priority over adding activities. On strava from what I have read there are gpx files that do not contain this data.
I also tried manually downloading the .fit file from garmin connect so as to overwrite the activity, but this did nothing, the data was not overwritten.
I checked the validity of the custom fields which are correct.
When I add an activity directly from garmin connect that is, I do not use zwift the data completes correctly.
My question is whether there is a possibility that despite training on zwift these fields will complete correctly.

If you did not record on a Garmin device, they will not be filled.
Intervals only get’s the FIT file from Garmin and has no acces to anything else. The values you’re after are either

  • calculated on your Garmin device and transferred to the FIT file that goes to Intervals → OK
  • calculated on Garmin Connect website with the data from Zwift. They’re not in the FIT file and thus not transferred to Intervals → not ok

Strava strips them out if the original comes from Garmin.
If you dual record on a Garmin device, you will have the values but then you will loose the Zwift map…
