My suunto9 account is mainland China, in intervals.icu setup menu, allows you to connect to a SUUNTO account, but there is no trainning data to be download,ed, and the training plans can not be uploaded and synchronize d to my suunto9 watch, If intervals.icu can’t connect to suunto mainland account?

I am not aware of any issues with Suunto and mainland China accounts. I can see from the logs that two guides have been uploaded for your a/c:

You should be able to see those in the Suunto app (must be latest version).
I triggered a fetch from Suunto for you:

“No activities found”.
Are you sure you connected the correct Suunto account?
I tried many times and thought that intervals.icy can’t connect to SUUNTO servers in Chinese Mainland.
At first, I was able to connect because I had the same sports-tracker account as SUUNTO app. Sports tracker and SUUNTO share the same server in Europe etc., but my sports-trackers account do not have sports data.
When I realized this problem, I deleted the sports-tracker account and authorized intervals.icu with the SUUNTO app account login, the feedback message is “span th:utext=” \\loginform.message.loginfailedmc} “>login failed. pleas regist in app”, indicating intervals.icu cannot connect to SUUNTO servers in Chinese Mainland.
I have knowed why I can’t connect to the SUUNTO server. When Intervals.icu connects to SUUNTO server, the authorized website is“ Please Login" , but I am a SUUNTO user in Chinese Mainland. SUUNTO has set up a separate server, and the authorized website is“ Please Login" , so I can’t use intervals.icu connected to my SUUNTO watch.
I suggest adding the SUUNTO Chinese Mainland server option.

Hello @david I have an athlete with the same problem, Suunto watch from China, they are not receiving the workouts, and their workouts are not uploading to intervals.icu (they are only getting uploaded through strava). Did you find anything out?
