Hi all. I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to use the press lap prompt. I would like to have a lap that just ends when I press the lap button on my Garmin Edge, no other time assignment. How do I write this in the workout builder?
I’ve tried just about every possible option in ‘Add step’ but the workout overview on my bike computer doesn’t recognize the press lap command it seems.
I’ve made a small test workout:
- Press lap 2 50% power=10s
- 2m 100%
- Press lap 5 98-102%
- 1m 20%
- Press lap 10 50-70% power=10s
And all those steps show up in the Connect app. But when I open the workout on my Edge the only steps shown in the overview are the -2m 100% and -1m 20%.
Can someone please enlighten me kind regards!
